Yesterday, I was thinking of taking notes of all goals I intend to yield in 2009. Today, as soon as I stood up, I started my search. After a few minutes looking at a software list, I decided to use TiddlyWiki, a client-side javascript-based wiki. My problem is that i wanted a server-side version, and found this blog post describing somebody's search of server side versions. Finally, I am using the Experimental wiki, he found. I didn't like much how it stores the content, and that it doesn't store tags. But it suffices by now. Update: Finally, I installed the suggestion of tiddlywiki's creator (in the comments), ccTiddly, and "officially deprecated" the tikiwiki installation I used to use.
